- b) Store Credit: Alternatively, you may opt to receive store credit in the form of a gift card or voucher, which can be used for future purchases on our Site. Store credit will be issued for the full refund amount, including any shipping charges paid.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process the refund within  business days. The refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution involved. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
4.1 Exchange Eligibility: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please contact our customer support email@example.com to check the availability and eligibility for exchange. Some items may not be eligible for direct exchanges due to limited stock or other factors.
4.2 Exchange Process: Once your exchange request is approved, our customer support will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange. You may be required to return the original item following the return process mentioned in Section 2 and place a new order for the desired item.
Custom or Personalized Items: Customized or personalized items, including engraved products or made-to-order items, are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or with manufacturing defects.
